FXAddon provides XenForo addons (both free and paid) for community forum administrators. All addons are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
Payments are processed through our designated payment provider
All sales are final unless otherwise specified
Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase

4. Usage Rights

Purchased addons may be used on one active XenForo installation per license
You may not redistribute, resell, or share addon files
Free addons are provided under the same terms unless specified otherwise

5. Updates and Support

Purchased addons include lifetime updates for the purchased major version
Support is provided via our contact form
We aim to respond to support requests within 48 hours

6. Limitation of Liability

FXAddon is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our addons, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or compatibility issues.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
